We do construction, what else did you think? We're joking of course, but we seriously do offer an array of services to suit the needs of whatever project you have going on. In fact, it would be almost impossible to list everything we're capable of, but we'll do our best to break it down.
To start, we can do the demolition and cleanup for your job, and we'll haul it away too. We will assess what needs to be done and we will help you decide what changes YOU WANT to be done. From that point on, we have the ability to be your full point of reference as well the team personally handling it all. From the ground up, we can take care of everything: structural repairs or construction, putting up or patching up walls, floors or ceilings. New lights, doors, flat roofs, wall fixtures or appliances; even new counters for that kitchen remodel you've been dying to do. We can help out in the yard with landscaping, a customized shed, a new deck or fixing the old one, and yes, we'll help you get the permits filed for all of this as well.
We offer all of this and more for houses, apartments, condos, storefronts, you name it. If you've got anything in your occupied space that needs built, fixed or updated, we're the team for you. *And for individuals who rent out homes or apartments, give us a call about being your personal flooring guys for when its time for new tenants*

What Makes Us Different?

Here at Kohl's Construction, we like to offer all the same hard work and "No BS" results you would normally accustom to a construction crew, but we also want to be much more approachable and easy to work with.
We know it can be a very daunting task calling a construction crew's office, having no real idea what it is that needs done. You hear the dial tone and, due to the behaviors of many in the profession, you anticipate hearing the impatient grumbles of a seasoned crew chief who doesn't seem to have the time to help you figure it out, and you're left feeling both unsatisfied with your experience and a little embarrassed that now you're relying on someone who treated you more like a burden than a customer. And now this simple or even fun project, has turned into "I can't wait for this to be over" But that's why you called right? because you don't have all the answers and you're hoping to talk to someone who does and who can help.

We offer a very hands-on approach to helping you make decisions and can even offer consultation for the design portion of your project.
